Hi! I am a life-long baker and crafter. I'm also a grandmother four times over, so when I say "life-long baker", I do mean *looong*.

I value self sufficiency and tend to avoid foods and ingredients that cannot be recreated in my own kitchen (i.e. - "Ultra Processed Foods"). This is the reason behind why I even make our own basic pantry staples like chocolate chips and (vegan) butter for baking - I want to have as much control as possible over what goes into my creations.
